Listen here to what our Quantum Expert has to say to you about how we can help you to ensure your project is on track and assist with the preparation of expert evidence for cost analysis and dispute resolution in a cost effective, speedy way.
Our services can be used for checking the accuracy of contractual reporting and cost analysis, giving an independent overview of the construction process from a specialist viewpoint. This may highlight, for example, critical path deviation and unnecessary or unmerited contractual claims. Through this, we can provide guidance on the true causes of delay and possible solutions. We can also produce quantum evidence in contractual disputes and Scott Schedules.
